We finally made it to Tiny Town!

I have been wanting to take our kids to see Tiny Town for awhile now and when Darrick asked me this morning what I wanted to do today Tiny Town popped into my head. So we packed up and went for a little drive up the mountains to experience Tiny Town and our little ones LOVED it!

Tonight was Kennedie's First Dance recital and she did pretty well, except on the second dance when she spotted me in the crowd and came running off stage toward me, But who can blame her? I would be a little freaked out too. She did have a little bit of fun as you can see in these pictures and Mom and Dad were so proud of her. She even got her FIRST dozen roses! And yes...that is her tongue sticking out in almost every picture...she gets that from her Grandpa! ( Sorry Dad ). Way to go Kennedie you are OUR FAVORITE DANCER!

Mr. Accident!

So this little crazy man is giving his parents a run for their money! He is afraid of nothing and just today he decided to take a dive off the back porch stairs and got this HUGE goose egg! OUCH! Boys will be boys right?

Grandma Pat comes to visit!

Grandma Pat came to visit us for a few days and we had so much fun! We played and went to a birthday party and got wet and went shopping. (and got spoiled on the shopping trips) and just really enjoyed hanging out with Grandma! Thanks for coming, we miss you already!

A Friends Birthday Party!

On Friday we went to Jade's birthday party and had a ton of fun eating,playing and getting wet in the fountain! Thanks for a great party Jade(and Lang and Thad) Hope you had a SUPER day Jade!

Dance

This Summer we put Kennedie into her very first dance class and she absolutely LOVES it! She would go everyday of the week if she could. She is taking it with her good friend Hallie and as you can see from the pictures they love to be together. I can hardly believe how grown up she is already. Thanks Rindy for snapping and sharing these cute shots on their first day!

4th of July Festivities

Yesterday we had a huge BBQ planned with some of our friends and it was a BLAST! It did manage to get rained out for periods of the party but we made the most of it. The kids made 4th of July necklaces, had their faces painted with flags and fireworks and ate SNOWCONES! YUMMY! Then when it started to get dark....we headed out to the fireworks...and YES we did take our jackets and blankets to stay warm....what can I say....this is COLORADO! Thanks everyone for coming hope it was fun for you as well!
