Happy 4th of July

I have always been patriotic and new that I was blessed to be born into this country but as I have gotten older I have had many occasions where I find myself overwhelmed with emotion about the Freedoms I enjoy. Every time I hear the National Anthem or any patriotic song I am always filled with emotion that brings me to tears. I have personally seen the sacrifice that a solider gives as well as his family gives to serve our country and I will be forever greatful for the men and women who have served and do serve so diligently every day! I am SOOOO PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN! Happy Birthday America!

A Guitar Hero Birthday! ROCK ON!!!

So Darrick's B-day ended up being a Guitar Hero B-day because the gifts he got were all Guitar Hero. We gave him the new Guitar Hero Aerosmith and Tonia, Schon, Brandon and Jordan gave him these cool Guitar Hero sweats! Super cool! Now we officially have ALL the Guitar Hero games out there! HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARRICK...YOU ROCK!

6 Months old Already!!!

So we can hardly believe that Andrew has already hit the 6 month mark! WOW! Half way to one year old...just blows our minds! He is such a fun little guy and I really have been enjoying him. Such a sweetheart! We love you Andrew!

Father's Day Weekend

So this Father's day weekend we finally ventured out to the children's museum. Kennedie was a little bit shy about digging in. It is a super fun place for little ones...there is a little grocery store, train station, an assembly plant, fire station, art room, vet clinic , puppet show, etc and the kids get to dress in the appropriate attire and pretend! What a cool place! We just wanted to give a shout out to OUR DADDY on this Father's day and say how much we love and appreciate all his hard work! Your the best Daddy in the world! Update on Andrew

Okay, so I know Andrew has already turned 6 months old...but I am kind of behind with some of my photo shoots(it will be posted soon!) and yes I know Our little boy is sitting in a pink chair...but it is his sisters chair and he loves to sit in it, Darrick keeps saying we need to get a blue one for him...eventually, anyhow, just wanted to give a few updates on Andrew, of course he is sitting up all on his own and loves to see what is going on around him, while we were in Omaha he got his 2 bottom teeth! Yea for Andrew...not so fun for mom. He has been just a little bit cranky with this new milestone in his life. He is growing like a weed and we enjoy him more and more everyday. Kennedie has really taken to him as well and loves to talk and play with him! We love you Andrew!
